Rant...just rant!!

Oh hell, I can take a few minutes to understand someone's religion or belief/practice, why can't someone else???

I can try my best to learn what Wicca is (perhaps question once in a while elements of it, but), why can't someone try THEIR best to learn what Witchcraft is?

Ok, now that I've had a day to think about it...What bothers me most is that this person thinks that those who practice what she calls "Operational Witchcraft" are basically stupid. Figuring we'd rather chant over a gaping wound than putting a bandage on it. Sorry, I'm not an idiot. She may be, for thinking this way, but I certainly am not.

Ok, so I made a protection bottle, and put it in my yard to protect my home from undesirables. Does this mean I feel it's creating an impenetrable forcefield around my home, that predators are going to bounce off of, therefore I don't have any  need to lock my doors at night? No. Why? Because I'M NOT STUPID!!! Of course I still lock my door at night...my spell gives me a little extra push for that protection, and gives me peace of mind that I took an active role in my family's protection, alongside mundanity. Honestly...what's wrong with that? Seriously, because I'm absolutely FED UP with her crock of shit!

I swear...she thinks that because she's a "Ceremonial Magician"...her practices are far better than mine (or any other non-Wiccan Witch), perhaps because she does "rituals" instead of spells (ugh, long drawn out tedious/monotonous drivel just to make a point, whereas I get straight to it).

Sorry  hun, my practice has been around far longer than yours so it beats yours in existence. Your practice is a mere baby compared to mine. How does it feel to have YOUR beliefs belittled? Not to good, eh?
