I suppose that would have to depend on the definition of "Paranormal" being used. When I hear the word "Paranormal" I think of ghostly encounters, UFO's and whatnot.
Sure, I've had odd experiences. I once saw a UFO when I was about 8 or 9 that traumatized me. As an adult, I now know what it actually was, but at the time I was extremely terrified to the point of panic because this "UFO" hovered over my uncle's vehicle...probably to mess with us. Knowing now what it was (it was a stealth airplane) I wouldn't think twice about it and would move on, but at the time it was a scary experience.
Another so-called "Paranormal" experience could be one time when my husband and I were sitting in our basement watching tv (our children had gone to bed), we heard a loud crash coming from our children's play area. I recognized it as their box of little legos. I went to investigate only to find the box of legos sitting in the middle of the spare bed that happened to be in the room; untouched. To this day I STILL cannot explain what we heard.
Those are perhaps the only thing close to a "paranormal" experience I've ever had.
