The end of the world. Well....ok maybe not so dramatic, but I suppose it could have been seen that way. It started with a giant thunderstorm at night. When the day broke, large pieces of asteroid were hailing down on the earth. People were being hit by them and buildings were being destroyed. I tried my best to cover myself from the blows of falling rock as I inched my way along the side of a building trying to get to safety. Once inside, I entered an apartment. My children were there. They seemed not to really notice anything until I opened the blinds in my living room, and turned on my tv.
Once looking outside, you could see this MONSTROUS, gigantic asteroid just sitting, miles away from the earth. It was bigger than the moon. MUCH bigger. The moon was dwarfed by this massive piece of space rock. I watched the tv (amazed that there was still picture) and saw a much bigger piece of the asteroid wipe out a large chunk what I thought might of been Toronto.
I remember turning towards my children, throwing up my arms and saying "Well, welcome to the Apocalypse". Just the mere phrase was enough to scare me. The funny thing is it was so vivid (and those are the types of dreams I remember for weeks). It almost looked as though someone put on an action movie in my mind. People running, things falling, tv working (lol)...it was suspiciously vivid.
I haven't the slightest clue on it's meaning (IF it has any meaning). I hope it's not a sign of things to come (not that I believe in that whole end of the world nonsense spread around about 2012. That's just utter bs). But could that be a way our world ends? OH, I'm almost positive there will be survivors of something as bad as that, but something like that happening COULD be logically possible...we do live close to an asteroid belt that is constantly hurling asteroids our way.
