Pet Peeve: Emails

I really don't mine getting emails from people, especially if they're asking for help, because that's what I want to do...help people who are stuck or lost or simply curious. The problem is when people email me with vague requests.

If someone wants me to help them, I need details as to what they need help with. I've gotten emails from all kinds of people saying "can you help me with Witchcraft?" or "I would like some help with spells".

It's all well and fine if you want help with spells and Witchcraft, but what is it exactly that you need help with? Witchcraft and spell casting are very broad topics, without knowing specifically what it is that you're having troubles with, I can't give you any help.

Here are perhaps some guidelines regarding asking for help in these areas:

-"Can you help me with finding reputable sources to further my education on Witchcraft?" (or put in a more generic way (English is my curse))
-"Can you help me with creating a spell for (insert desired outcome)?"
-"What is it exactly that separates Wicca and other forms of Paganism from Witchcraft?"

As you can see, these questions above are specific. They ask for information that is specific, so that I can elaborate on the topic in question...should the asker require more information, they can ask follow up questions, hopefully in just as much detail. Asking "Can you help me with Witchcraft" doesn't give me much to go on. What aspects of Witchcraft are you having trouble with? If you don't know, then how am I supposed to know? Same goes for spells and any other requests for assistance. If you can't elaborate on what it is you don't understand, how is it that I can help you? I'm not psychic (as much as many people think all Witches are). I haven't seen what sources you've been looking into, if any, nor do I know how much you've studied or how much basic knowledge you already know.

Please...when you email me for help, can you ***PLEASE*** be specific in what you want? I can't help if you're not specific. Thanks.

Also if you do email me through Yahoo! Answers, can you please enable email responses? I can't answer your questions if you don't allow responses.
