Walking the Unbeaten Path

I started this blog in March of 2009 (something I didn't really pay attention to until now). It's first title was called "Ma'iingan's Book of Shadows" (if I remember correctly lol), but changed it to Walking the Unbeaten path.

Why, you ask? While writing in my blog one day, I began thinking of the phrase "taking (or walking (i can't remember)) the beaten path". I thought...being a Witch isn't as common a path as many...it truly is the "Un-beaten path". I thought that this was an appropriate title for my blog, because we as Pagans walk an unbeaten path. We walk our own path, no one else walks the same path as ours.

Sure there may be some who walk alongside us, but they don't walk along the exact same path as ours, theirs may twist and turn and cross over ours, just as ours do the same, but not once do we all walk, or "beat" the same path at the same time.

We all "Walk the Unbeaten Path" in our lives, and I think that's wonderful!!
